We expect you to invest some time on these slides and customize them for your specific staff needs. We also expect you'll give the presentation your own pizzazz, activities and personality. In short, you can't download passion and prep time.

If for any reason, your product is different than was described in the text preview, or if the text or pictures on your slides are substandard or you have any technical difficulties, you may request and receive a full refund.   1. Customizing Needed. You understand and agree that the PowerPoints are intended for the user to customize. You'll want to add title slides, school based specifics and, of course add the activities and processes that make it come alive.

  2. Content Knowledge. You understand and agree that these PowerPoints assume that the user has some background knowledge and exposure to the topic. These are intended for the user to have either attended a recent Jensen Learning event or to have strong background through reading or attending similar events on brain-based education. You understand that the PowerPoints do not have a written set of notes and are being provided as a support for your presentations. They do not replace hours, weeks or years of personal mastery.

  3. Independent Usage Policy. You understand and agree that these PowerPoints represent subject matter expertise and contain proprietary content by the author. You may use all or part of any PowerPoints for any presentation you make. You may not, under any conditions: 1) re-sell any slides, whether they are part of or the entire presentation, nor may you print any of the slides in a workbook without giving the proper copyright credit ("slides courtesy of ©Eric Jensen").

  4. Public Usage Policy. You understand and agree that these PowerPoints represent subject matter expertise and contain proprietary content. You may use all or part of any PowerPoints for any presentation you make. You may not, under any conditions print any of the slides in printed workbooks without giving the proper copyright credit ("slides courtesy of ©Eric Jensen") or post any part of the PowerPoint slides in any online media (web, podcast, YouTube, Twitter, FaceBook, etc.) without written permission by email (info@jlcbrain.com). Permissions will be given on a case-by-case basis. If permission is granted, no user may post more than a maximum of ten slides for public viewing. Any more than that would be unfair to those who may have paid for the slides elsewhere.

  5. Technical Support. We will ensure that you get the PowerPoint presentation that you'd like. If you do not receive the download that you paid for, please contact technical support at: info@jlcbrain.com. If any of the slides are unusable, damaged or of unacceptable quality, contact customer support at this same the email address.
