  3. Independent Usage Policy. You understand and agree that these PowerPoints represent subject matter expertise and contain proprietary content by the author. You may use all or part of any PowerPoints for any presentation you make. You may not, under any conditions: 1) re-sell any slides, whether they are part of or the entire presentation, nor may you print any of the slides in a workbook without giving the proper copyright credit ("slides courtesy of ©Eric Jensen").

  4. Public Usage Policy. You understand and agree that these PowerPoints represent subject matter expertise and contain proprietary content. You may use all or part of any PowerPoints for any presentation you make. You may not, under any conditions print any of the slides in printed workbooks without giving the proper copyright credit ("slides courtesy of ©Eric Jensen") or post any part of the PowerPoint slides in any online media (web, podcast, YouTube, Twitter, FaceBook, etc.) without written permission by email (info@jlcbrain.com).
